Do you allow exchanges or refunds?


We currently do not accept any returns, echanges or refunds unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight. For more information, please check here.




I did not receive a confirmation email. What do I do?


If you did not receive an order confirmation email from us, it is usually because it has ended up in your email’s junk or spam folder. If you have checked and still cannot find our email, please contact us at boxbyfox@gmail.com for assistance.




There has been a mistake in my order. How do I proceed?


Please contact us at boxbyfox@gmail.com with the relevant information and we will assist you and proceed with the exchange process from there.




What does flat rate shipping means?


Flat rate shipping means that regardless of your order’s quantity and size, you will only have to pay for a single postage charge for each order transaction. Postage is not chargeable by weight or quantity.




Do you offer meet-ups or self-collection?


We currently do not offer the option of meet-up or self-collection. All orders are dispatched via mailing.
