Shipping Policy

Order Status

Your order is pending until payment is received. Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and dispatched the next 1 to 3 business days. An order is completed once dispatched from our office and tracking information will be issued to you via email.

Estimated Shipping Duration

Domestic orders are delivered in 4 to 6 business days via registered mail.

*Note: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, postal services have been significantly disrupted. We are expecting delays for shipments and hope to seek your understanding during this difficult time.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing) due to our oversight, please contact us with your order number as well as the return information at Postage incurred will be borne by us. Returns must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 10 business days from orders being delivered.

Items returned must be in their original packaging and show no signs of wear. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Once we received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange/refund within 2 to 3 business days.

Keep in mind that we do not offer any refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.
